Why is fitness important?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

That’s what fitness does to you!

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

Is there such a thing as "left wing fascism"? If not, what is an example of a political ideology that is often mistakenly labeled as "left wing fascism"?

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

I’m back after a long hiatus.

I know , I know.

Why do some people hesitate to say 'I love you' even after their partners have said it first? How can one interpret this behavior from their loved ones?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

Why are people so terrified or bothered that a person has original creative ideas, hobbies or unique interests?
